Please ensure that you include your booking reference number and the reason for your cancellation in your email. This will help us to process your request as soon as possible.

The amount of cancellation fees varies depending on when the cancellation occurs:
- - More than 30 days from departure: You are eligible for a refund of 90% of the trip price.
- - Between 30 and 22 days from departure: You are eligible for a refund of 65% of the trip price.
- - Between 21 and 8 days from departure: You are eligible for a refund of 50% of the trip price.
- - Between 7 and 3 days from departure: You are eligible for a refund of 25% of the trip price.
- - Less than 3 days from departure or after the departure date: No refund will be provided.
Please note that all refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Refunds may take up to 7-30 business days to appear on your account.
